Specialist Wellbeing Support for Live and Screen Productions

We believe wellbeing support should be available to everyone working on theatre, opera, ballet, orchestra, film and television productions.

These are high-performance environments where pressure is constant, workloads are intense, and creative content can surface challenging emotions or past trauma.

Investing in high-quality wellbeing provision strengthens resilience, protects performance standards and supports creative excellence. It also mitigates risk — reducing lost rehearsal time, cancelled performances, disrupted filming schedules and the financial impact of unplanned absence across cast and crew.

Our specialised Wellbeing Practitioners are experienced mental health professionals with first-hand understanding of the creative industries. They take a personalised, proactive and preventative approach — providing safe, accessible spaces for support while equipping individuals with tools to build resilience, regulate stress and sustain their wellbeing.

Support can be tailored to the specific needs of each production, whether in rehearsal rooms, recording studios, backstage environments or on set. We prioritise building familiarity and trust between our Practitioners and production teams, ensuring that as many people as possible feel comfortable engaging with the support available.

Our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) offers an additional layer of structured, confidential care.
