Wellbeing in the Arts

A not-for-profit organisation that provides mental health and wellbeing support to the UK Arts industry.

There is a mental health crisis in the Arts, a workforce at its lowest ever point psychologically, and a lack of support available for those who need it most.

Our Vision

Our vision is an industry in which every individual and organisation has access to mental health and wellbeing support, where those who struggle with their mental health can share their experiences without fear of judgement or consequence, awareness and understanding of mental health issues amongst Arts workers is increased, and the root causes of poor mental health in the workplace are addressed.

  • Tackle the stigma that exists around mental health issues in the Arts industry
  • Campaign for positive change within the industry and challenge the workplace cultures that lead to poor mental health
