Creative Industries Community

Our Community is a supportive, inclusive network where people working across the creative industries can connect with one another, share experiences, and access mental health and wellbeing support

Welcome to the Creative Industries Community

Working in the creative industries can be deeply rewarding — but it can also be isolating, precarious, and emotionally demanding. Long hours, job insecurity, pressure to perform, and a culture that often rewards overwork can make it hard to stay connected or to prioritise your own wellbeing.

The Creative Industries Community exists to change that. It is a supportive, inclusive network where people can connect with one another, share experiences, and access mental health and wellbeing support that understands the unique challenges of working in this industry.

At its heart, this is a community built on connection. Alongside social spaces to meet and talk with peers, members can access workshops, talks, and events, peer support groups, mental health and wellbeing surgeries, activities such as breath work classes and yoga, and much more, all designed specifically for creative professionals.

Whether you’re navigating a difficult period, looking to build healthier ways of living, or simply want to feel less alone, the community offers support at different levels, in ways that feel accessible and human.

There’s no expectation to be “struggling” to join. Some people come for conversation and belonging, others for structured support — many for both.

Wherever you’re based and no matter what stage you’re at in your career, the Creative Industries Community is here to offer connection, care, and a sense that you don’t have to do this on your own.

Membership is open to adults aged 18 and over who work in, or are closely connected to, the creative industries.

Our community is built on respect, care, and shared responsibility. We ask all members to engage with one another in a way that is respectful, non-judgemental, and mindful of different experiences. We reserve the right to moderate discussions and, where necessary, remove access to protect the safety of the community.

While the community offers access to mental health and wellbeing support, it is not a substitute for longer term one-to-one counselling or coaching sessions.

Some sessions, events and groups may be subject to additional charges and have limited spaces.
