We provide online and in-person access to a diverse range of over 125 Counsellors, all of whom are based across the UK, are BACP / UKCP registered, and have an experience, knowledge and understanding of the unique challenges of working in the creative industries.
Sessions start from £15 and our team will be able to work with you on any issue, be it personal or professional, from anxiety, depression and stress through to addiction, trauma and eating disorders.
We will ask you to complete a short online assessment form, which will allow us to develop a better understanding of your background and circumstances, as well as provide you with an opportunity to tell us who you would like to work with in terms of a Counsellors’ age, gender, ethnicity, specialisms, lived experiences, etc.
Every effort will be made to arrange your counselling sessions around your other commitments.
We provide access to a diverse range of experienced coaches who, like our Counsellors, are based in the UK and have a background in our industry.
Our coaches can help you to clarify your career path, organise your life more efficiently, implement healthier habits, avoid burnout, improve self-confidence, build resilience, set goals, achieve your aims, and much more.
Sessions are available online and can be fit in around your schedule.
All our services are 100% confidential and no-one will know that you have been in touch with us, including your employer.
Enquiries will be responded to within 48 hours.
You will be able to meet with a Counsellor, Coach or Supervisor within one week of the assessment process being completed (earlier in cases of emergency).
Our team are here to listen, not judge, and will do everything we can to help.
