We provide specialist mental health and wellbeing support designed specifically for people who work in the creative industries
If you work in the creative industries and would like to speak with us in strict confidence about your mental health and wellbeing, please get in touch via:
We work with a diverse network of over 125 trainee and qualified Counsellors, all of whom are registered with the BACP, UKCP or an equivalent professional body, and have a deep understanding of the unique challenges of working in the creative industries.
Sessions start from £30 each, and support is available for a wide range of personal and professional challenges – from anxiety, depression and stress to trauma, addiction and eating disorders.
To access our service, the first step will be for you to complete our online assessment form. This form will be reviewed by one of our Triage Coordinators, who will work with you to develop a thorough understanding of your background and needs, as well as your preferences in terms of who you would like to have your sessions with.
Your allocated Counsellor will make every effort to schedule your sessions around your work patterns and personal commitments.
We work with a diverse range of specialised Coaches, each with a background in the creative industries. This lived understanding of the sector enables them to offer informed, practical support tailored to the realities of creative careers.
Coaching provides a forward-focused, goal-oriented space to strengthen resilience, navigate pressure, and build sustainable working practices.
Our Coaches can support you to manage stress more effectively, prevent burnout, develop healthier work–life boundaries, enhance confidence and leadership skills, and progress personal or professional ambitions.
Whether you are navigating a career transition, stepping into greater responsibility, preparing for auditions or leadership roles, or seeking greater clarity and balance, coaching offers structured support to help you move forward with confidence.
As with our counselling service, our Triage Coordinator will speak with you to develop an understanding of your background and needs, as well as your preferences in terms of who you would like to work with.
Sessions are arranged flexibly around your professional and personal commitments.
All sessions are delivered online, offering equal access wherever you are based.
Confidentiality is fundamental to our service. You engage with us directly and privately, and no information is shared without your consent.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within three working days.
Once your assessment has been completed, you will be matched with a suitable Practitioner within one week — sooner in urgent circumstances.
Our role is to provide a safe, non-judgemental space where you feel heard, respected and appropriately supported.
In addition to one-to-one support, you may also wish to join our Creative Industries Community – a supportive, inclusive network where people across the creative industries can connect and access structured mental health and wellbeing support
