Mental health and wellbeing support

If you work in the creative industries and would like to speak with us in strict confidence about your mental health and wellbeing, please get in touch via:

We provide online and in-person access to a diverse range of over 125 Counsellors, all of whom are based across the UK, are BACP / UKCP registered, and have an experience, knowledge and understanding of the unique challenges of working in the creative industries.

Sessions start from £15 and our team will be able to work with you on any issue, be it personal or professional, from anxiety, depression and stress through to addiction, trauma and eating disorders.

We will ask you to complete a short online assessment form, which will allow us to develop a better understanding of your background and circumstances, as well as provide you with an opportunity to tell us who you would like to work with in terms of a Counsellors’ age, gender, ethnicity, specialisms, lived experiences, etc.

Every effort will be made to arrange your counselling sessions around your other commitments.

We provide access to a diverse range of experienced coaches who, like our Counsellors, are based in the UK and have a background in our industry.

Our coaches can help you to clarify your career path, organise your life more efficiently, implement healthier habits, avoid burnout, improve self-confidence, build resilience, set goals, achieve your aims, and much more.

Sessions are available online and can be fit in around your schedule.

We offer online 1:1 sessions with a diverse group of experienced Supervisors, who – like all of the people we work with – have an understanding and experience of the unique challenges of working across this industry.
Whether you are working on a personal piece that has emotional triggers, or are engaged in a community project that involves individuals with complex needs, our Supervisors are here to provide a sounding board for those who would like to stay well in their work, and have a safe space to offload.

Our Promise

All our services are 100% confidential and no-one will know that you have been in touch with us, including your employer.
