We work with a diverse range of trainee and experienced Counsellors, Coaches and Wellbeing Practitioners and are always keen to hear from people who would like to join our team
As our organisation continues to grow, and to help us meet the ever increasing demand for our services, we are always looking to add to our diverse pool of trained and experienced Counsellors.
We would love to hear from you if you are a fully qualified Counsellor, registered with the BACP or UKCP (or other similar professional body), are based in the UK, and have a background in the creative industries.
We offer competitive rates of pay, sessions are conducted online, and will supplement your work in private practice.
By working with us, you will not only be helping to support the mental health and wellbeing of people who work across the creative industries, but will also be joining a community of like minded Practitioners, all of whom play a vital role in helping to deliver the best service possible.
We are keen to hear from trained Coaches who are based across the UK, have a background in the creative industries, and would like to join our team.
As with our Counsellors, we offer competitive rates of pay, sessions are conducted online, and you will be joining a community of like minded Practitioners.
We offer online placements throughout the calendar year to trainee Counsellors who are studying on training courses across the UK and have a background in the creative industries.
As part of your placement, you will be provided with the client hours needed to complete your training, access to group and individual supervision, peer support, and the opportunity to take on paid work that helps to offset the costs of training.
You will join a community of other trainees and be provided with a pathway to joining our pool of trained, experienced Counsellors who take on paid work.
Supporting trainees whilst they develop their skills and build experience is a vital part of the work we do.
We would like to hear from Wellbeing Practitioners who are qualified mental health professionals, can demonstrate an interest in, or experience of, looking after theatre, film and TV productions, etc, and have a background in the creative industries.
Our team of Practitioners are based across the UK, and play a key role in the work we do, not only by caring for the wellbeing of productions, live events and festivals of all shapes and sizes, but by helping us to shape the support we provide.
Whether you are an experienced Counsellor or Coach, a trainee looking to find a placement, or a Wellbeing Practitioner who is interested in helping us to look after productions, if you would like to join our team, please reach out to us via:
Should you meet our key criteria, we will arrange an online meeting with you to discuss how we might be able to work together.
