We are seeking to appoint a Counsellor Network Coordinator on an initial part-time freelance contract.
The successful candidate will oversee our team of Counsellors, including recruitment, and help with the running of our Practitioner community.
Duties include:
- Manage our network of Counsellors, including leading on the recruitment of new Counsellors
- Ensuring we have up-to-date paperwork for our current team of Counsellors
- Help with the running of our Practitioner community, including the organisation of peer support groups, social activities, professional development sessions, etc.
Person specification
The ideal candidate should be an experienced Counsellor that is registered with a governing body such as the BACP or UKCP and has:
- An enthusiasm for the provision of mental health support to the creative industries
- A background in the creative industries
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to think ahead and take initiative
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- The ability to work both self-sufficiently and collaboratively as part of a busy organisation
- A positive, friendly and personable manner
Further information
- This is an initial part-time position, 21 hours per month, the equivalent of three full days
- The role can be performed remotely, but the successful candidate must be based in the UK and able to meet in person on occasion
Salary
£25 per hour
