Tickets now available for our ‘Building resilience to stress’ workshop

All of us struggle with stress in our life, but it doesn’t have to control us. 

Our workshop ‘Building resilience to stress – a nervous system approach’, which is taking place online at 2pm on Thursday 27th November, will introduce you to ways in which you can support your wellbeing through building resilience within your nervous system to the stress we face daily, both in our personal and professional lives.

The session is being led by Laura Fowler-Watt, a certified trauma & nervous system coach, and will explore the mind and body connection as well as the stress response, providing tangible self-regulation tools that you can take away and start experimenting with in your own lives.

Having worked closely with creatives, Laura completely understands and empathises with the challenges that can be faced and hopes that this workshop will provide hope and support to anyone who might need it.
