Felixe has a background as a professional actor, working at the National Theatre and Shakespeare’s Globe, giving them direct experience of the arts industry and of the pressures on wellbeing that come with working in it.
Alongside this, they have worked extensively with Sistah Space as an Administrative Coordinator, supporting women of Caribbean and African heritage who have experienced domestic abuse.
They also recently completed a master’s degree in Gender, Sexuality and Global Politics at SOAS University.
This experience gives Felixe a grounded understanding of industry dynamics and supporting those often overlooked.
