New programme of mental health and wellbeing events announced

We are excited to announce that we will now be running over 25 workshops, talks, events, and discussion groups each and every calendar year, as we increase our efforts to help support the mental health and wellbeing of people working in the creative industries.

Our schedule will cover a wide range of issues including working in the industry with a neurodiversity, the challenges of being a freelancer, looking after yourself when in training, trying to maintain a career whilst being a parent, building resilience, burnout, and developing financial management skills, to name but a few.

Founder and CEO of Wellbeing in the Arts, Adam Bambrough, said ‘We are very keen to provide as much support to people working in the creative industries as possible, as well as presenting as many different ways for people to access the support they need. That doesn’t have to be counselling or coaching, it could be joining one of our workshops, attending our talks, or helping to shape the work we do as part of our discussion groups. We hope there will be something for everyone, and will be adding events to our schedule on a regular basis, so please keep checking our website and social media’.
