How We Help Organisations

We provide affordable mental health and wellbeing support to Arts organisations of all sizes and their staff (including freelancers) by offering access to Counsellors, wellbeing advisors, workshops, training, and surgeries.

Counselling
We work with a diverse range of Counsellors, all of whom are professionally trained, BACP / UKCP registered, and have a knowledge and understanding of the unique challenges of working in the Arts.

Our counselling services enable employers to better look after the mental health and wellbeing of their teams, but also save valuable money and resources by reducing the number of hours lost to staff absence and improving employee performance.

Staff members are able to meet with a Counsellor within 72 hours of initial contact.
Workshops
We run a wide range of bespoke workshops, each led by a Counsellor or experienced Practitioner, that cover a variety of topics including mental health awareness, imposter syndrome, financial management, unconscious bias, and improving wellbeing in the workplace.

Training
We offer training courses in a number of areas including mental health awareness, and mental health first aid, which can be delivered to groups or individuals.
Wellbeing Advisors
Wellbeing Advisors are trained to provide on the ground mental health and wellbeing support and are particularly useful on film and television sets, during rehearsal and production weeks, and throughout festivals and events.

Surgeries
Drop-in mental health and wellbeing surgeries are usually held in the workplace and allow workers the opportunity to book a slot with a Counsellor, where they can discuss in confidence any issue they may have, be it in the workplace or their private life.

All our services are available in person and online and can be tailor-made to meet the specific needs and budget of every organisation
