How to look after your mental health when studying for a career in the creative industries workshop tickets on sale

Studying for a career in the creative industries, be it at drama school, art school, college or university, can be a challenging time for many people.

As we approach the new academic year, we will be joined by Annemarie Lewis Thomas, Counsellor, Coach, Composer and former Principal of the Musical Theatre Academy, on Wednesday 4th September at 7.30pm for a workshop that explores how you can best look after your mental health and wellbeing whilst studying.

We will discuss self-care, the early signs and symptoms of the most common mental health issues, how to access support, steps you can take to protect yourself, and much more…

There will also be a section of the session dedicated to questions from those in attendance, and if you would like to submit your question in advance, you can do so by emailing us at admin@wellbeinginthearts.org.uk.

Everyone who works, studies, or has an interest, in the creative industries is welcome to attend.

The workshop will last for one hour and tickets are £5 each.
