Join us online at 7pm on Tuesday 11th February for our ‘building resilience to stress and preventing burnout’ workshop which will help you to deal with the effects of anxiety, stress and / or overwhelm so that you can reconnect with your body, cultivate balance, build resilience and feel empowered to live a fulfilling life.
In this workshop, certified, trauma-informed stress and nervous system coach Laura Fowler-Watt will introduce you to the mind and body connection, the stress response and explore the importance of taking time to focus on self-care and wellbeing so as to avoid burnout.
She will share a bit about her own journey of recovery from burnout and chronic illness including what she wishes she had known before she got sick and how she now chooses to live her life in much healthier and more connected way.
The session will also be used to provide tangible, self-regulation tools that you can take away and start experimenting with in your own lives.
Having worked closely with creatives, Laura completely understands and empathises with the challenges that can be faced and hopes that this workshop will provide hope and support to anyone who might need it.
More information about Laura and her work can be found on her website: www.lfwcoaching.com
Tickets are priced at £10 each and the workshop will last for approximately 1.5 hours.
Once you have bought your ticket, a zoom link will be sent out to you by email.
If you purchase a ticket, but are unable to attend the workshop on the day, we will send you a recording of the sessions as well as the relevant handouts.
