How We Help Individuals

Mental health and wellbeing support

If you work in the Arts and would like to speak with us in strict confidence about your mental health and wellbeing, please contact us via:

We provide access to a diverse range of over 150 student and experienced Counsellors, all of whom are based across the UK, are BACP / UKCP registered, and have worked in the Arts themselves previously, so have an experience, knowledge and understanding of the unique challenges of working in our industry.

Sessions start from £15 and our team of Counsellors will be able to work with you on any issue, be it personal or professional, from anxiety, depression and stress through to addiction, trauma and eating disorders.

We will ask you to complete a short assessment form, which allows us to develop a better understanding of your background and circumstances, and provides you with an opportunity to tell us who you would like to work with in terms of a Counsellors’ age, gender, ethnicity, specialisms, etc.

Every effort will be made to arrange your counselling sessions around your other commitments.

We provide access to a diverse range of trained coaches who, like our Counsellors, are all based in the UK and have a background of working in the Arts.

Our coaches can help you to clarify your career path, organise your life more efficiently, implement healthier habits, improve self-confidence, build resilience, set goals, and achieve your aims.

Sessions are available online and can be fit in around your schedule.

We offer 1:1 sessions with a diverse group of experienced Supervisors, who – like all of the people we work with – have an understanding and experience of the unique challenges of working in our industry.
Whether you are working on a personal piece that has emotional triggers, or are engaged in a community project that involves individuals with complex needs, our Supervisors are here to provide a sounding board for those who would like to stay well in their work, and a safe space to offload.

Our Promise

All our services are 100% confidential and no-one will know that you have been in touch with us, including your employer.

Enquiries will be responded to within 48 hours, and you will be able to meet with a Counsellor or Coach within one week of the assessment process being completed (earlier in cases of emergency).

Our team are here to listen, not judge, and will do everything we can to help.
